SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping estimates that are given at checkout are auto-generated per the shipping service, that timing is not a guarantee, it is an estimate subject to change at any time. Typical shipping times are between 3-10 business days.

 

At this time we do not offer refunds for shipping costs for orders that are not delivered by their estimated delivery date. This includes all Domestic & International shipping carriers offered in check out.

 

Required Signature Deliveries: In the event no one is available to sign, a note will be left indicating the attempted delivery, and will provide instructions to receive your package. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Poza Gifts. 

 

**Expect Shipping Delays: Carriers are still experiencing increased delivery times and lags on tracking at the moment. If your order hasn't moved in over seven days, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Not happy with your order? We're here to help! 

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, if applicable, within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds and exchanges are approved on a case by case basis. Please contact our team to initiate your request at seegal@pozagifts.com

TAXES & DUTIES

All international packages may be subject to duties and tariffs. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
